As mentioned in the communications feedback workshop: my favorite resource is a book called the Web Style Guide by Patrick Lynch and Sarah Horton. It's not overly technical, and it gives tons of good guidelines for good web design. And - very exciting - it appears that they have the entire book on the web, for free! Or, if not the entire book, a whole lot of the content.

My Outlook e-mail account keeps getting knocked offline. Two techs think it's our server, which is off-site. But the server company says it's not their fault. My system has had a router upgrade, new witch and increased memory installed. Any thoughts about what's wrong? Valorie

Our old ebase 1.x crashed before my time. In this old database it was possible to print out a personalized letter to renew memberships and send thank you letters after receiving donnations. I would like to enable this function in our new ebase 2.2 program. Any hints?
