Build a youth services application form with Child, Guardian and activity

1. Create a new Submission Form
2. Name it based on your name
3. Create page route (based on your name)
4. Add to navigation menu (the Contact menu)
5. Click Individual tab
6. Save and view
7. Add second individual - save and view
8. Add email block - save and view
9. Add Relationship - save and view
10. Add Activity - save and view
11. Lookup contacts to confirm

Hands on time (20 minutes)

1. Hand out logins to training database
2. Repeat the demo data entry form, but build it yourself

Build a report to review applications for your program

1. Build the search kit search (already done!)
2. Create a new Search Form
3. Choose from the search kit
4. Create page route (based on your name)
5. Add to navigation menu (the Reports menu)
6. Click Individual tab
7. Add first name, last name and activity date
