This screen cast will demonstrate how to create a webform an alternative data entry form which will allow to search for contact information. This workflow is best used for staff and folks who have access to Powerbase, and is not recommended for anonymous folks or the public to use, since you wouldn't want folks to be able to search your database.
The scenario here is an Intake form where staff can use to easily search, edit, or collect information about contacts and add an activity that's time stamped when the Intake was done and respond to questions related to the intake.
