Is there a way to search for/pull a report of soft credit? We're trying to keep track of all the donations that our Board members help bring in and were wondering if there's an easy way to pull that information.

Yes,
There is a Soft Credit Report. You can limit it to a group of board members.
You can also use the Donor Report (Detail) template to search for soft Credits.
Go to Reports>Contribution Reports. Select "New Contribution Report" to see all the report templates
