What are your suggestions for the procedures of establishing WOYO TV and radio streams of internet programming? Currently the Kingdom of Oyotunji/ATA produces a quarterly news magazine uploaded to youtube as well as historic documentaries for Current TV. Are these linked to the website or should they be independent?

Greetings all:

I'd like to know about what is "up and coming" in terms of technology to get your organization's message out to a broad range of people: constituents, funders and media; and I would also like to know about technology which "reinforces" your message.

Thanks !

How do you send mass emails to people in database (Microsoft Access) and without getting "spammed"?

The organization I'm representing needs a solution for mass emailing. They are concerned with getting black listed.

Any suggestions on best formates and means of sending e-newsletters?

At my organization most of us use Apple Mail to organize and manage our email. However when we are out and about, those of us who don't have laptops have to access our email through our web-based email which is really sloppy and doesn't filter junk mail. The web-based mail also doesn't have the old mail that we've sent or received, or the folders we've organized on our computers.

I am wondering if anyone out there has used SMS (cell phone text messaging) to do blast outreach. Did it work? What did you learn from the experience? Is it worth encouraging other organizers to consider the option? What did you use? UPOC? txtmob?
